RETURNS

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase or 14 days from receipt of shipment. If the product was received outside of these time frames, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a product to be returned, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Products of an intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order and obtain a refund, you must contact us by email as soon as you receive your package and send it to our warehouse address, which will be provided in the return email.

All packages that are not delivered or picked up at the time of delivery are automatically destroyed by the distribution service after a certain period of time.

If you have not picked up your package and have subsequently contacted us to return it to our premises, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Do not send purchased products to the manufacturer.

Returns (if applicable)

Once we have received and verified the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether the return has been accepted or refused.

If the return is accepted, it will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged upon receipt (please email us within 48 hours of receipt). If you wish to exchange the product for the same item, please email us at contact@odylla.online and send the product to the address provided by customer service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had it shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the person who gave you the gift and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to the address provided by customer service.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you are sending an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a tracking service or parcel insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
